Finland, Austria, Canada—that’s the path Ilona Elkin took to reach you, Skin Central devotees, and to bring you every inch of her luscious body, right from her very first role as an actress. (Anticipation, Shmanticipation—give us the goods now.) Born in Helsinki to a Chilean dad and Finnish mom, she danced with the Finnish National Ballet when she was still in single digits. At 15, she moved to Vienna, then eventually to Montreal. Her first acting gig was playing Anaïs in the David-Bowie led UK and Canada series The Hunger, where she takes it all off (except for a nipple piercing; real or fake?), to show us every B she’s working with. Ilona flitted around from show to show, until she grabbed a steady part as Merrill Young on the Canadian TV show Vampire High from 2001-2002, followed by one as the voice of Claire in the animated series Delta State in 2004. Here in the southern part of the continent, you can watch the hottie with a body show off her acting chops as a female attendant in Xchange (2001) with Stephen Baldwin; as Georgia’s girlfriend in Confessions of a Dangerous Mind (2002) with Sam Rockwell, Drew Barrymore, Julia Roberts, and George Clooney; and playing the character Rachel in King’s Ransom (2005) with a slightly less stellar cast that includes Jay Mohr, Donald Faison, and Anthony Anderson. She left acting for good after 2008, and rumor has it she’s been enjoying a successful career as a graphic designer. Probably hanging out with her twin sister, Kati.
